Try Something New For 30 Days!

 

In class this past Friday we watched a short Ted Talk from Matt Cutts about trying something new. Matt suggests if there is anything new that you’ve wanted to do, try it for 30 days! I think that this is a valuable lesson for me right now as a young adult. I’m 21, I have all the time in the world to try new things! I need to go out and get what I want in life!

There are so many new things that I want to try out, and after watching this video I thought to myself, “What am I waiting for!?”

By taking a 30 day challenge as Matt suggests, it also allows you to start setting and achieving goals. He also talks about how 30 days is the perfect amount of days to start or end a habit!

SO WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR!?
